With a mission to address the "digital divide" and foster economic growth, GROW serves as a community hub dedicated to helping residents access higher-paying remote jobs and build sustainable careers without needing to relocate from their communities.  

We offer a range of essential services:

1. Career Development and Job Search Assistance:

We help to connect individuals to online job opportunities, offering resources and training to help them gain the skills needed for remote work. 

This includes direct job search support, such as resume building, application assistance, and interview preparation.

2. FREE Online Career Training:

Through partnerships with institutions like Career Step, we offer access to online training programs in high-demand fields. These programs are designed to upskill participants, equipping them for well-paying careers that can be completed remotely in just 4 to 6 months.

Emphasizing business incubation principles, GROW offers budding entrepreneurs mentorship, flexible workspace, and access to a network of resources.
