SHEREE ANDERSON is the visionary Founder & CEO of GROW a small community-based organization dedicated to helping individuals in low-wealth rural communities secure higher-paying work from home jobs, and to access FREE online career training for quality employment.

With over 30 years of experience in traditional jobs, Sheree’s journey toward founding GROW was shaped by her personal experiences as a devoted caregiver and dedicated government employee.

Despite earning a certificate in Nonprofit Management in 2005, family obligations delayed her pursuit of entrepreneurial goals.

However, Sheree’s dream of creating a positive impact in her community persisted.

In October 2018, for work/life balance, she took her first step by securing a remote position with a Fortune 500 company. However, she was stuck in a digital gap and had to move miles away to obtain high-speed internet service.

Thirty days, later the seed for GROW was planted.

On November 1, 2018, the first Open House was held in the small apartment she secured in order to work remotely.

Over the next 5 years, Sheree continued to work remotely for major corporations in the banking, health insurance, and hospitality industries, providing exceptional customer service and managing high-demand responsibilities across global platforms.

These experiences showed her firsthand the life-changing potential of remote work.

Her success fueled her passion for creating opportunities for others, leading to the founding of GROW as a home-based venture and an LLC in 2022.

In March 2023, she leased a mid-size commercial location to open a professional business and co-working space to support online work opportunities and address the "digital divide" in her community.

Driven by her passion and mission, Sheree continues to expand GROW's impact, helping disadvantaged individuals overcome barriers to achieve long-term success.
