From Vision to Reality

GROW was founded by Sheree Anderson, a visionary entrepreneur who recognized the need for digital employment services.  

Her journey was inspired by her own experience as a devoted caretaker and dedicated employee.

In 2018, for work/life balance, she shifted into remote work, and through this experience, she saw the potential for others to do the same, thus planting the seed for GROW’s mission to provide work from home job search services.

Empowering Rural Communities

Today, GROW is helping to bridge "digital divide" by providing the local community with the opportunities and resources needed to thrive in a rapidly changing tech job market.

At GROW, we aim to help individuals in rural areas secure higher-paying, family-sustaining jobs by providing access to technology, FREE online career training, and accessing remote job opportunities. 

We focus on developing new remote employees, startup entrepreneurs, and fostering financial independence and homeownership.
